The brake pad production equipment mainly includes the following types:

1. Linear grinder: rough and find grinding; chamfering ; grooving;

2. Shot blasting machine: used for cleaning the back plate of brake pad, shot blasting and other processes; steel back shot blasting quality control point: Test roughness (check sealing sample), descaling;

4. Glue dryer (quality control point):

Glue drying machine:  rotation speed of glue roller and glue drying line; cooling fan; glue level controller; glue conveying belt;

5.Powder coating line.
